Rental Information


     Reservations

Reservations are taken any time. A 20% deposit for tent rentals.  This deposit will make your reservation firm.  The deposit is put towards the remaining balance of the contract, which must be paid in full prior to delivery.

 

Home Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup, to and from your home, is available for a fee.  When delivery is made, the count of the items must be accepted unless we are notified prior to your event. When a pick up is needed, please have all the china, glassware, etc. put back in the proper racks or boxes.  Our dishes need to be rinsed of any food.  Tables and chairs are to be folded and stacked under cover.  There will be an added charge for this service if not done unless prior arrangements have been made with us.  Please be sure all items are protected from weather and secured when not in use.

 
        Payment
        A full payment of rental items is needed at the time of delivery or pick up at the rental
        store.
We honor American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard.

 

      Damage
        You, as the lessee, are responsible for all items from the time they are dropped off   
        or picked up from the warehouse, until the time of return. This also pertains to items you 
        pick up from the rental store. A replacement charge on any burned, lost or badly
stained 
        linens will be added. To prevent mildew, make
sure linens are dry, and free of refuse
        before  folded. There
will be a charge for missing, chipped and unusable items.
